Opera is one of the most popularly used web browsers. And many users find that it can’t be uninstalled completely. In fact, it is. Common uninstall method, Control Panel removal, can’t fully remove Opera. Let’s see how to completely uninstall Opera.
First, make Opera folders visible.
A: Open “My Computer”.
B: Click “Tools” and select “Folder Option”.
C: Click “View”, select “Show hidden files and folders” and click “OK”.
After the above steps, we can see its folder pathes are C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Application Data and C:\Program Files.
Second, uninstall it with Perfect Uninstaller.
A: Log off your computer or reboot your computer.
B: Run Perfect Uninstaller.
C: Click “Force Uninstall” tab and select its folder.
D: Follow the Force Uninstall Wizard and uninstall the folder until it’s deleted by Perfect Uninstaller.
E: Repeat Step C and select the other folder at C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Application Data.
F: Reboot your computer and Opera is completely uninstalled.
