How to Completely Uninstall Symantec Norton AntiBot?
One user left us a message saying he had difficutly in uninstalling Symantec Nortn AntiBot. He had uninstalled Norton AntiBot thru Control Panel but he was told Norton AntiBot was still in his computer when he was trying to install a new protection. Finally we helped him completely uninstall Norton AntiBot and now here is the full steps. If you can’t uninstall Norton AntiVirus, we also set up a tutorial.
Step 1: End up its processes, NABAgent.exe, NABMonitor.exe and NABWatcher.exe.
- Click NABAgent.exe first and click “End Process”.
- Then it will pop up Norton Protection Shutdown Request, click “Shutdown” and click “OK” of the “Unable to Terminate Process” window.
- End the other two processes.
Step 2: Uninstall with Control Panel
- Click Start Menu
- Click Control Panel and double click Add/ Remove Programs
- Navigate Norton AntiBot
- Click “Remove” to uninstall
